Shipping policy

We ship only within the mainland United States.  We offer 3 shipping options:  Standard Ground (please allow 3-10 days), 2nd-Day Air, and Standard Overnight service.  All shipping rates include shipping and handling.  These rates apply to most items unless otherwise stated in product description; exceptions include furniture and some items listed as "Distinctive Items".  Some items may require you to call us at 978-409-2245 for an estimate based on the location we will be shipping to.
